Our goal is to create exceptional shopping experiences by bringing together talented artisans, boutiques, specialty retailers, food vendors, authors, and carefully selected direct sales businesses. To ensure every event is organized, fair, and enjoyable for vendors and shoppers alike, all participants are required to comply with the following Vendor Agreement & Participation Terms.
By submitting an application, accepting an invitation to participate, and completing booth payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance & Application Review
TN Crafter’s Market is a curated market series. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Every application is individually reviewed to create a balanced, diverse, and high-quality shopping experience. Acceptance decisions are based on several factors, including but not limited to:
- Product variety
- Overall event balance
- Category availability
- Product quality
- Previous participation
- Booth availability
- Compliance with market policies
TN Crafter’s Market reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
2. Approved Products
Vendors may display and sell only the products approved during the application process.
Products not listed on the application or significantly different from those originally submitted require prior written approval before being displayed or sold.
TN Crafter’s Market welcomes:
- Handmade & handcrafted products
- Original artwork
- Boutique merchandise
- Specialty retail products
- Food vendors (where permitted)
- Authors
- Approved direct sales businesses
To maintain product variety, only one approved representative per direct sales (MLM) brand will be accepted for each event.
TN Crafter’s Market reserves the right to prohibit merchandise that is:
- Illegal
- Counterfeit
- Unsafe
- Offensive
- In violation of intellectual property rights
- Inconsistent with the standards or atmosphere of the event
3. Booth Assignments
Booth assignments are made exclusively by TN Crafter’s Market.
While reasonable requests may be considered, specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed.
Assignments may be adjusted at any time due to operational needs, safety requirements, event layout, or other circumstances.
4. Registration & Payment
Approved vendors will receive an invitation to participate.
Booth reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Payment must be completed within seven (7) calendar days of approval unless another deadline is provided.
If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the invitation may be withdrawn and the booth space offered to another vendor without further notice.
If a payment is declined, disputed, reversed, or otherwise fails to process, TN Crafter’s Market reserves the right to cancel the reservation unless payment is promptly resolved.
5. Cancellation & Event Credits
Booth fees are non-refundable.
Vendors who cancel 45 or more days before the event may request a one-time event credit equal to their booth fee toward another TN Crafter’s Market event within twelve (12) months.
Credits:
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- May only be used by the original vendor
Cancellations made fewer than 45 days before the event—including no-shows—are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If TN Crafter’s Market cancels an event due to severe weather, venue issues, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, vendors will receive an event credit equal to the amount paid.
6. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors agree to:
- Arrive during designated setup hours
- Check in upon arrival
- Be completely set up before opening
- Remain open during the entire event
- Avoid early breakdown without management approval
- Remove all merchandise, equipment, and trash after the event
Early departure may affect future participation.
7. Booth Appearance
Each booth should present a clean, organized, attractive, and professional appearance throughout the event.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own display equipment unless otherwise stated.
Outdoor vendors are responsible for securing tents using proper weights that meet event safety requirements.
8. Vendor Conduct
Professionalism is expected at all times.
Vendors agree to:
- Treat customers respectfully
- Be courteous to fellow vendors
- Cooperate with volunteers and staff
- Maintain a positive shopping atmosphere
- Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Harassment, aggressive sales tactics, discrimination, or behavior that negatively impacts the event may result in removal.
9. Licenses & Taxes
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any required:
- Business licenses
- Health permits
- Food permits
- Tax registrations
- Certifications
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes.
10. Liability
Participation is entirely at the vendor’s own risk.
TN Crafter’s Market, its owners, volunteers, staff, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Theft
- Loss of merchandise
- Accidents
- Any claims arising from participation
Vendors agree to release and hold harmless TN Crafter’s Market from liability related to participation.
11. Weather Policy
TN Crafter’s Market events are generally held rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe.
Outdoor vendors must properly secure tents using adequate weights.
Vendors may be held financially responsible for damage caused by unsecured tents or equipment.
12. Photography & Marketing
Vendors grant TN Crafter’s Market permission to photograph and record:
- Booth displays
- Merchandise
- Vendor interactions
- Promotional activities
Images and videos may be used for:
- Social media
- Website
- Advertising
- Printed materials
- Future event promotion
No additional compensation will be provided.
13. Marketplace Standards
By participating, vendors agree to uphold the quality and reputation of TN Crafter’s Market by:
- Selling only approved merchandise
- Maintaining professional displays
- Following all venue rules
- Complying with safety requirements
- Respecting fellow vendors
- Supporting a welcoming, family-friendly shopping experience
14. Violations & Future Participation
Failure to comply with this agreement or any published TN Crafter’s Market policy may result in:
- Removal from the event
- Loss of booth fees
- Suspension from future events
- Permanent ineligibility to participate
TN Crafter’s Market reserves the right to make final decisions regarding policy enforcement.
Vendor Acknowledgement
By submitting an application and completing booth registration, I acknowledge that:
- I have read and understand this Vendor Agreement & Participation Terms.
- I agree to comply with all TN Crafter’s Market policies.
- I understand that acceptance is based on a curated application review process.
- I understand that booth reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.
- I understand that payment is due within seven (7) days of approval unless otherwise specified.
- I understand that violations of these terms may affect my eligibility to participate in current and future TN Crafter’s Market events.
